Washington D.C. Trip News
 Reminder:
Next Friday March 29th, ALL candy money needs to be turned in. No more candy will be handed out after Tuesday March 26th, with money in on Friday.

On Wednesday April 10th, we will have a mandatory meeting regarding the clothing and what needs to be packed for the trip. If you can not make this meeting you need another adult (grandparent, aunt etc) there in your place. Also, you will need to email me if you are not coming and someone is coming in your place.
 
We now have a final number on those going on the trip and the cost will be $655 per child and guest. I will be sending home a paper next week that will show what you have made through our fundraising and any deposits that you have made.   It is the tour companys policy that all balances must be paid 30 days before the trip (April 20).  If not the student or guest will not go on the trip.  If your fundraising covers your trip cost, I will have it listed and show what your refund will be.  
All adults going need to do the same as you are doing for your child when making payments. Just let them know that you are a chaperone going- even our guests need to list as chaperones.
