New students will have a records release to complete through Final Forms. This is for additional or external requests.
2026-2027 Open Enrollment Application - Window opens April 1 - April 30

MEDICAL/PHYSICAL FORMS

Required before the season starts for every athlete.
For all Preschool and Kindergarten enrollments
Required for all Preschool and Kindergarten enrollments.
For families who would like to allow their students the ability to utilize the community health center for treatment during school hours.

HANDBOOKS

Please go to each school page to find the current handbooks. There are separate books for Preschool, Elementary, Middle/High School, Athletics. Handbooks are also available in Final Forms registration. These are updated and reviewed by the Board of Education annually for the start of each school year.
