Testing Information

Ohio law requires results to be shared by districts no later than June 30th of each year. This applies to grades 3 through 8 and high school end of course tests. If a student did not take a state assessment, no results will be reported.

Parents and guardians are able to view their student's Ohio State Test reported test results in Parent Access through Progressbook. Instructions for finding the Mobile app and accessing score can be downloaded by clicking here: Viewing Your Assessment Scores Parent & Student Access.pdf

Kindergarten Registration and Screening

Kindergarten Screening Times
Students who are not enrolled in our current Polar Cubs program need to schedule a screening. Call the Margaretta Elementary School Office to schedule: 419-684-5357.
Check back to this webpage in late February/early March for information about registering for the next school year.

For Registration, all KG students need to have an updated Medical and Dental form before the end of the first week of the school year. Please print a copy and take to your doctor as soon as you are able. Don't forget a copy of all the immunizations required for entering Kindergarten.
