$1.00 donation to participate, proceeds go to PTO in support of elementary activities this year!
Theme days are held on the same day as PTO meetings. All are welcome to attend at 6:00 pm in Room 103.

Spring State Test Schedule
ELA: April 20 - 21, 2027
Science: April 27 - 28, 2027
Math: May 4 - 5, 2027

State Test Results
Ohio law requires results to be shared by districts no later than June 30th of each year. This applies to grades 3 through 8 and high school end of course tests. If a student did not take a state assessment, no results will be reported.

Parents and guardians are able to view their student's Ohio State Test reported test results in Parent Access through Progressbook. Instructions for finding the Mobile app and accessing score can be downloaded by clicking here: Viewing Your Assessment Scores Parent & Student Access.pdf

Detailed family reports will be made available at the beginning of the school year, either distributed at Open House or sent home during the first week. More information about how to read these reports can be found by clicking here: Family Score Reports Interpretive Guides.  

Kindergarten Registration and Screening

Kindergarten Screening Times
Students who are not enrolled in our current Polar Cubs program need to schedule a screening. Call the Margaretta Board of Education Office to schedule: 419-684-5322. 
Check back to this webpage in late February/early March for information about registering for the next school year.

For Registration, all KG students need to have an updated Medical and Dental form before the end of the first week of the school year. Please print a copy and take to your doctor as soon as you are able. Don't forget a copy of all the immunizations required for entering Kindergarten.

Counseling Services

We are excited to share that Margaretta Local Schools has partnered with The Caring Collective LLC to provide additional private counseling services for our students. Through this partnership, Kaeley Schonhardt, LSW, will be available to support Margaretta students who may benefit from counseling services. These services are designed to help support students’ social, emotional, and mental well-being. Families who are interested in scheduling an appointment can follow this link.
